Usually a few hours, depending on the fabric, foam thickness, humidity and ventilation. What shortens drying most is a final vacuum-only pass and leaving the cushions upright with air moving.
The Lava Interni B Aroma Evoenzymes technical sheet gives 1:25 to 1:50 as a spray or in the machine tank: 1:25 for heavy soiling, 1:50 for maintenance. Always start with the weaker dilution and test on a hidden spot.
Many polyester velvets accept water; viscose or silk velvets mark easily. Check the label code, test on a hidden spot, use little water and always brush with the pile.
