Step 2 · Pre-treatment and stains. Stains are treated before the general wash: enzymatic stain remover for organic stains (coffee, milk, urine, blood), a spray for grease and wine, a dedicated remover for carpets.
With enzymatic products, which break down the source of the smell: enzymatic stain remover (Tex), extraction with the enzymatic upholstery cleaner and an enzymatic neutraliser (Deotex or N0 Odors) at the end.
